Upon delivery, we invite you to inspect your order while the courier is present.
If you wish to request a return or refund, it must be done at that moment, before the courier departs.

Once the delivery is accepted and the courier has left, refunds and returns are no longer eligible.

We encourage you to take a moment to check sizing, color, and condition. This brief pause helps us maintain transparency and fairness for both you and our production partners.
